Vision：Build a public library as both a cultural center and knowledge center

Aim：The Library Branch is dedicated to facilitating the mutual exchanges and introduction between Chinese and Arab civilizations and cultures, to realizing, disseminating, and deepening the influence of Arab cultural achievements on Chinese society, to strengthening cultural communications between China and Saudi Arabia, and to spreading knowledge and culture in light of the Belt and Road Initiative of China and the Vision 2030 of Saudi Arabia.
